About the role

This role sits within the Central Community Fundraising and Marketing team, focusing on the strategy for our Community Fundraising Products. Right now, this involves planning for our hugely exciting mass DIY and £1,000 Challenge programmes, with scope for the role to evolve over time and look at other products within the portfolio. This role will manage a team of two, a Community Fundraising Products Officer and Community Fundraising Product Executive, who support with the design and execution of the supporter journeys, thanking, stewardship and marketing materials to deliver an excellent supporter experience.

About you

We are looking for a friendly, organised and personable individual with a keen interest in Community Fundraising strategy and flair for design and marketing of a mass stewardship programme.  

You will have experience and knowledge of developing fundraising products, working closely with in-house marketing teams and providing excellent customer service, with a passion for reaching and engaging new supporters.  The role requires excellent organisation and time management skills, as well as a real interest in developing dynamic teams.

With an understanding of product fundraising, excellent multi-tasking skills, a great attention to detail and a helpful and collaborative manner, this is an excellent opportunity to get into the exciting world of Product Fundraising.
